Real Estate is picking up in my market. Lease/purchases are on the rise as many homebuyers do not have the down payment saved, or they are needing to move and their homes have not sold yet. I lease/purchased a home today in Reunion. What a gorgeous home it is! I am finding out that there are some real deals are out there, even in the $500K and up range.

Hot Hot Hot!! Too Hot to do much outside. I showed a new construction listing today. For Realtors, you know what that means. No electricity!! I am so accustomed to air conditioning!! Hot summer coming up. Was scheduled to teach tennis tonight, but all students are saying that it is too warm. Hope all is well with all of you. I have some great deals now. Just listed two homes in Reunion. One is a patio home and the other is a large 4/3.5.

Hey Gang Got to get in some golf this weekend!! Got the bug!! Thinking of joining the Steel Magnolias ladies golf group. Anyone else ever tried that? Great group of ladies that has all skill levels of golf. They play scrambles and stroke play. And, they really have a great time doing it. Also, a trip or two is taken throughout the year. They are a group of ladies that are not strangers to having a great time!!
